Orders: This site can process orders from the continental United States only via UPS Ground. Shoppers can feel safe knowing that their shopping experience is easy and secure. A minimum order of 100 rolls of candy is required per order. If you have any problems with using the site, please feel free to contact us.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is only added to goods shipped to New Jersey. The current rate is 7%.

Payments: Loveheartsfavors.com accepts Visa or MasterCard. You can feel safe knowing that your payment is being securely transmitted to our processing department.

Shipments: Shipping is available only to the continental United States via UPS. The ship to address cannot be a PO box. We cannot accept International orders due to trademark laws. Most orders are shipped within the week - provided they are in stock. Once goods are shipped, you will receive a shipment notification. There is a $5.95 handling fee per order.

Returns:At this time, we do not accept returns unless the items shipped were damaged or incorrect.  Returns must be made within 21 days of purchase.
