1. How long will it take for my gift to be shipped?
Your gift will be shipped within two weeks although they normally ship sooner.

2. I am concerned about security over the internet. Is it safe to shop at Loveheartsfavors.com?
Absolutely. We utilize 128 bit data encryption via SSL, in accordance with PCI and general e-commerce guidelines.

3. How do I know that my order has been received?
You will receive an email confirming your order and giving you an order number. If you do not receive an email, please email us at customer.service@loveheartsfavors.com

4. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Loveheartsfavors.com works hard to ensure that your gift is packaged properly and we apologize for any damaged orders. If your order arrives damaged please contact us by email at customer.service@loveheartsfavors.com and quote your order reference number.

5. When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card is debited while you are ordering your gift. This allows us to dispatch your items as promptly as possible.

6. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and Visa.

7. Will my e-mail address by given to other companies?
We will use your e-mail address to keep you advised on the progress of your order. We will NOT give your e-mail address to other companies.

8. Can you personalize Love Hearts?
We would love to be able to personalize Love Hearts Tablets for our customers, and we get a lot of requests asking us to put people's names on them. However, due to the way Love Hearts are made, it's simply not viable at this time.
