Ce De Candy, Inc. is part of a family tradition of candy that started in England in 1932. In 1949, our Chairman came to America with the dream of making Ce De Candy, Inc. a part of our childhood traditions. Starting with only two wrapping machines, a rented facility and a lot of ingenuity, he succeeded! “Smarties®” is now a household name, and generations of Americans have enjoyed our delicious candy products.
Love Hearts are manufactured in our Ontario Canada factory. Love Hearts Favors are sold exclusively in our online store as a seperate division of Ce De Candy, Inc.
